After promising results in the past couple of months, Goal King's winning run has come to an end and it's time to bring my trial to an end too.
All in all, I made £62.00 profit after a five month trial of Goal King, which really wasn't anything to call home about. That being said, a profit is a profit and I'm always glad of that.
There have been things that I have liked about this football tips service, such as the timely emails and not having any trouble being able to get the advised prices.
The main issue is that it simply hasn't made enough money.
Another niggle is that stakes have been set at 5 points for each tip, so effectively the 200 point bank is really only 40 points. That also means that £62 total profit really doesn't equate to much, given that £50 is staked on each bet.

Summary
I have given Goal King a neutral rating, as I didn't lose any money during my trial and although it's not a service that I would be looking to follow right now, I wouldn't rule it out in the future.
Update Four: 2nd April 2021
It seems that Goal King is definitely back on the up after another profitable month and £191 added to the pot at the advised prices.
The win rate for the past two months has been consistent at around the 61% mark and it would be great if he could keep it at that level. It isn't out of the question, since 61% is the reported win rate for the service based on past results.

I'm feeling much better about this service than I did two months ago, that's for sure!

Update Three: 2nd March 2021
Finally, a better month for Goal King and £107 profit added to recover some of what was lost in the previous two months of my trial.
My bank is still 3.7% down but at least it's looking a bit more promising now. I hope to see the tipster keep up this positive run of results and hopefully start providing consistent monthly profits.

Update Two: 2nd February 2021
Things haven't been going well in my Goal King review and I have lost another £111.00 at the advised prices in month two of the trial.
My bank has dropped by nearly 10% in two months with £181.00 lost altogether.
If results don't turn around in month #3, I will most likely have to give up on this one, as the tipster is going need a much improved win rate given that many of the bets are odds on.

Update One: 1st January 2021
Goal King lost £70 in the first month of my trial, which is a real shame as it had been going really well to start with. At one point, I was up to £330 profit before heading for a losing run and handing it back to the bookies.
As the advised bank is set at 200 points, this is only a small dent so I am not in any worry.

I am kicking off a new trial of a promising looking football tips service, Goal King, from tipster Steve Hudson.
Goal King have put out a great set of results since the tips started seven months ago with £2,197.75 profit to £10 stakes.
They use a 200 point betting bank which, going by the results posted, has already doubled during this time.
The service specialises in betting on Both Teams to Score and Over/Under 2.5 Goals. Steve developed the strategy basing it on team's habits of scoring and/or conceding goals.

Really wish I saw your review on goal king before I bought it, I stopped it last night after losing another €90 and after seen on his spreadsheets how long it takes to get a return plus his email saying they were one goal away from a clean sweep Monday which was a blatant lie there were at least 4 bets lost, that was the final straw
