I've completed my three month trial of Shrewd Racing Tips. The service turned out to be pretty solid, but it didn’t totally sparkle the way I hoped.
Don’t get me wrong, it did perform well, but I couldn't quite match the official results as the advised prices weren't always available. After three months, the effect on my bottom line became clearer.
I was still able to achieve a fantastic profit of £324.75 based on £10 stakes, so I am certainly not complaining. The results at the available prices were solid, just not quite as fabulous as they could have been.
However, when it comes to the Betfair Starting Price (BSP) results, well… they were a bit of a let down, to be honest.
It's definitely not an option for the exchange bettors amongst you!

Summary
Even with those hiccups, I’d still give this service an approved rating.
It’s been consistent enough to provide solid wins, even if it’s not flawless. While the BSP results were a letdown, the regular bookie odds have shown enough promise to make it a worthwhile option.
So, if you’re after reliable tips and can look past the BSP performance, this service could be a great fit for you!
Update Two: 18th September 2024
Shrewd Tips have made an impressive comeback since my last trial update. This past month has been absolutely outstanding for them!
At the available prices, I secured £316.25 profit, which was just slightly below the profit at the advised prices.
My bank has rebounded from being 25.5% down to 6.13% up. Fantastic!

I’m hopeful that this shrewd tipster can build on this month’s success and continue delivering profits in the next phase of my trial. I have everything crossed!
Update One: 19th August 2024
I expected the BSP results for this service to be poor based on past performance, but I have to admit, I was quite shocked at just how bad they turned out to be!
I recorded a £628.59 loss based on £10 per pt stakes at BSP.
Sadly, the regular results weren't very good either and I finished my first month with £255 lost. Compared to the official results, I lost 6.5 pts more, as I could not always get the same prices that were advised.

Summary
It is not the start that I hoped for, that is for sure, but I have my fingers crossed that the results will get better from here.
I am slightly concerned about the difference in P/L and it is something that I will be keeping a close eye on.

Shrewd Tips immediately grabbed my attention when I saw their total cumulative profit figure since 2019, which added up to a mighty £17,702 to £10 stakes.
The service delivers daily horse racing bets via the Tipstrr platform, known for its automated system that verifies odds and results across multiple popular bookmakers.
Additionally, it provides comprehensive statistics for the tipster's performance, including at BSP.
Regrettably, the service hasn't fared well at BSP, making betting with regular bookmakers the only profitable choice.

There isn't any starting bank advice, so I will go for my standard 100 pts, which is £1,000 using £10 stakes.
