Another one bites the dust…
I just received word that JB Racing Tips has been discontinued. It was certainly going to be an uphill battle to get back into profit, but far from impossible.
It’s always a shame when a tipster throws in the towel and it goes to show just how difficult it is to find success.
Oh well, on to the next one.

Update: 31st August 2018
I wondered whether JB Racing Tips would ever be able to recover after the terrible set of results in the 1st month of my trial.
Things did begin to look up during the 2nd month and I was sitting on a profit of just over £300 at one point, but in the end I have finished the month with a small profit of £47.55 at the available prices.
The BSP results have told a completely different tale though with a huge profit of £683.84. This puts my BSP bank well on the road to recovery although it still has quite a way to go yet.

Summary
It’s a start, but my bank is still nearly 50% down so I really need to see a good profit in month three of my trial to regain any kind of confidence in this service.

In my introduction I did warn that betting at big odds could be a bit of a rollercoaster…
But I honestly wasn’t expecting this…
JB Racing Tips has had a disatrous month and I’ve lost more than half of my starting bank.
That’s a total of £1,021.89 in the bookie’s pockets at £10 per point in just one month!
The main issue here is that the service is mostly advising to use stakes of 2.5 points each way on each bet. This works out as a total stake of £50 on each horse, so you can see why things have gotten out of control so quickly.

Summary
It will be interesting to see what happens from here. It only takes a few winners at big odds to turn things around, but it will need to happen quickly or my bank will run out of juice.

JB Racing Tips has built up a great record since joining the Betting Gods site.
In just less than eight months his results show a profit of £6,169.45 – that’s an average monthly profit of £771 at just £10 per point!
Apparently JB has been a pro horse racing bettor for years and has plenty of experience. It would certainly seem so, as he has generated one of the highest monthly profits out of all of the current Betting Gods tipsters.
The stats for the service so far are pretty impressive:

- 308.5% Bank Growth
JB is not one to advise bets on odds-on favourites, with most of his tips advised at double figure odds and the average odds at 19/1.
The thing with betting at big odds is that it can be quite a rollercoaster, but the vast majority of bets from this service have been each-way bets which will definitely help lessen those losing streaks.
I have a case of NTE or ‘new trial excitement’ with this one! I can’t wait to see how the trial goes and to see whether it can really achieve anywhere near the average monthly profit reported.
